consultancy offerings, and astrological consultations.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights
regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. IT Services & Consultancy
For software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity,
and business optimization services:
Cancellations: Clients may cancel a project by providing
written notice. Payment is required for all work completed and milestones
achieved up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for work already performed,
as IT services involve time, labor, and resource allocation.
Service Deposits: Advance deposits are generally non-refundable
unless otherwise specified in the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Astrology Services
Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of astrological consultations:
Pre-booked Sessions: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled
up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before
the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Post-Service: Once a consultation (call, meeting, or written report)
has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days.
Any payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or applicable taxes
may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of a technical issue resulting in duplicate payment,
please notify us immediately at

After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded
in full within 5 business days.
5. Modifications to Services
PGUP Dynamics Private Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue
any service at any time. If a service is cancelled by us after payment
and before delivery, a full refund for that specific service will be issued.
